Human Resources Policy

• Establishing transparent, fair, and trust-based communication with all our colleagues in line with our corporate values and creating a motivating environment,

• Supporting the development of all our employees and providing training to achieve the strategic goals set in line with our visionary corporate value,

• Creating and continuously improving systems that ensure our employees feel safe, peaceful, valued, and happy,

• Recruiting individuals with the competencies and qualifications required by the positions at J’adore Deluxe Hotel & SPA,

• Rewarding the success of employees who continuously improve themselves, generate innovative and creative ideas, and act with sensitivity towards the environment and society while doing so,

This policy applies to all employees, interns, agency employees, and all external service providers and suppliers working on behalf of J’adore Deluxe Hotel & SPA.

J’adore Deluxe Hotel & SPA foresees respect for human rights as a fundamental right that its employees and suppliers are expected to adhere to. As J’adore Deluxe Hotel & SPA, we do not employ forced labor in any of our operations. We commit not to purchase products or services from any supplier found to be engaging in human trafficking or employing forced labor.

According to our working principles:

Children and young people:

• We aim to keep them safe by valuing, respecting, and listening to them,

• Incorporating child protection practices into our procedures and setting behavioral standards for employees, suppliers, service providers, etc.,

• Developing and implementing an effective safety policy and relevant procedures,

• Ensuring effective management through supervision, support, and training for employees and volunteers,

• Hiring employees and interns safely after ensuring all necessary and relevant checks have been made,

• Sharing information with children, parents, employees, and other stakeholders about child protection and good practices,

• Sharing concerns with relevant agencies and involving parents and children in efforts to keep them safe.
